Racquel Devison (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with experience providing psychotherapy to adults (18+) with diverse identities and life experiences. She is passionate about supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. Racquel integrates evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), to tailor therapy to each client.

Racquel’s therapy style is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. She practices from a person-centered, strength-based approach, collaborating with clients to create a safe, welcoming space where they can explore, grow, overcome challenges, and work towards their goals. Racquel meets clients where they are and works at their pace, adjusting as needs evolve or change over time.

Racquel completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology at Queen’s University and Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She brings professional experience from her time working with clients in private psychotherapy practices. Before completing her training as a therapist, she also volunteered as a crisis responder for Kids Help Phone, providing text-based support to young individuals across Canada.

Outside of work, Racquel enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, baking, and hiking.

Wednesdays 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Saturdays 10:00 am to 1:30 pm
