After seven wonderful years serving our Bowmanville community, we knew it was time to grow so we could offer quality services to more of our community. Our Cobourg location opened in September 2025 under the direction of Lori McGrimmon. Choosing Cobourg was an easy decision — it was important to Lori to give back to the community she grew up in.

Just like our Bowmanville office, our Cobourg team prides itself on creating a positive client experience from start to finish. Our administrative team is both thoughtful and knowledgeable, our clinicians all bring unique experiences into the therapeutic setting, and our therapy spaces are designed with comfort and coziness in mind. We want you to feel right at home. We also offer both in-person and virtual sessions to make care accessible and flexible to meet your needs. 

In Cobourg, we continue our commitment to supporting the First Responder populations. Understanding and caring for first responders has always been at the heart of our Bowmanville location, and that same dedication carries through to Cobourg. Not a first responder? We provide a range of Assessment services and neuroaffirming care, and support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, boundary setting, and grief.  We also have experience in supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and communities with affirming, identity-informed care. 

Unique to the Cobourg location is our 12‑week, one‑to‑one ADHD coaching program. Each session focuses on a practical strategy paired with psychoeducation to help clients navigate some of the everyday challenges that come with ADHD. And while it’s not quite ready to launch, keep an eye out for Play Attention — a game‑based training program designed to support attention, working memory, and self‑regulation skills commonly associated with ADHD.
