Jennifer Neto is a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a foundation in trauma-focused therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy and various mindfulness-based approaches. Embracing a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective, she adopts a collaborative, client-centred approach to therapy.

Committed to tailoring her services to meet individual needs and values, Jennifer actively engages clients in constructing personalized treatment plans. Her therapeutic style is characterized by warmth, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, creating a safe and supportive space for healing.

Jennifer earned her education and training credentials from Trent University and Yorkville University, establishing a solid academic foundation for her professional journey. Her practical experience spans crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, and training, with a focus on adolescents and adults.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jennifer finds fulfillment in spending quality time with her family and managing her farm. She also nurtures her well-being through activities like yoga, hiking, and exploring new destinations whenever the opportunity arises.
