Anne-Marie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. She provides support to individuals navigating identity exploration, fertility and family-building, perinatal mental health, disability experiences, and life transitions.

Anne-Marie approaches her clients with compassion and curiosity, creating a safe, non-judgmental space to explore experiences and navigate challenges. She takes a strengths-based, client-focused approach, using evidence-informed methods to work collaboratively with clients in identifying goals, building resilience, and fostering personal growth in ways that feel meaningful and authentic. Anne-Marie believes that therapy is a partnership, and that every individual has the capacity to develop self-understanding, embrace their strengths, and live more fully.

Her professional background is grounded in disability advocacy, with extensive experience supporting diverse clients across the lifespan in schools, community services, hospitals, and Ontario ministries. She approaches therapy through anti-oppressive, disability justice, and cultural safety frameworks, combining curiosity, continuous learning, and a deep commitment to understanding and honouring varied identities and lived experiences.

In her free time, Anne-Marie loves discovering new towns, visiting local shops and cafés, and experiencing the character of different communities.
