The Empowered Girl Project is a supportive group designed to help girls better understand themselves through nervous system education, emotional awareness, confidence building, and practical tools for self-regulation.
Through movement, breathwork, discussion, reflection, mindfulness, and engaging activities, girls will build a deeper understanding of their emotions, body cues, thoughts, and relationships in a way that feels empowering, age-appropriate, and practical.
Topics may include:
✔ Understanding the Nervous System – Learn about the nervous system, stress, anxiety, the three nervous system states, and the window of tolerance in a fun, age-appropriate way
✔ Emotions as Messengers – Explore emotions, body sensations, and healthy coping tools while building emotional awareness and resilience
✔ Self-Esteem & Inner Voice – Recognize the inner critic, build self-compassion, identify personal strengths, and develop a more supportive inner voice
✔ Personal Power & Healthy Boundaries – Build confidence in communication, trusting body cues, using your voice, and creating healthy boundaries in relationships
✔ Growth Mindset & Confidence – Explore resilience, courage, limiting beliefs, self-belief, and becoming the strongest version of yourself
Each class weaves in practical tools such as grounding strategies, breathwork, movement, mindfulness, nervous system regulation tools, and take-home practices to help support learning beyond the group.
This is a space for girls to connect, grow, build confidence, and develop lifelong tools for emotional well-being and self-trust.
