Neurofeedback is a type of biofeedback technology that may help individuals harmonize their brain waves in their natural frequency with a non-invasive approach.  It is an activity of brain “training” in which the brain “learns” sensory inputs in real-time through a specific application of biofeedback that trains the activity of the brain.  This process encourages an individual’s brain to learn how to self-regulate and bring the brain back into harmonious states and optimal functioning possibly providing calmer, happier, and balanced overall well-being of life.

Neurofeedback trains the brain, which may enable the brain to function at its best.  This is advanced training that directly communicates with the nervous system and in some cases has been effective in the areas of anxiety, panic disorder, depression, stress, insomnia, concussion, PTSD, eating disorders, cognitive functioning, emotional regulation, ADHD, Autism, pain, addictions, etc.

When Holly isn’t busy with Neurofeedback she enjoys spending time with her family, weight lifting, and creating resin art.
