Hailey Dale (Collins) is a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) and Psychotherapist who completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of Toronto where she specialized in the area of Children and Families. Ms. Dale completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Psychological Development from Trent University. In addition, Ms. Dale has obtained further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) through the completion of the Adler Graduate Professional School’s certification in CBT with Families, Children & Youth.

Ms. Dale has worked with youth in a variety of contexts for over 7 years. She has worked extensively with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety and also has experience working with people who have experienced trauma.  Ms. Dale has training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Regarding her therapeutic approach, she primarily utilizes CBT, DBT, Strengths-Based, and Solution-Focused modalities. Ms. Dale balances her approach of processing through dialogue with her love for concrete, practical interventions, and strategies to apply in your life. Her goal as your therapist is always to provide a non-judgemental space for you to explore your difficulties while also providing you with practical strategies to meet your needs.

Ms. Dale’s current focus is children (ages 9+) and teens, but she also enjoys working with older adolescents and adults.

When she isn't working, she loves crafting and DIYing. Her favourite ways to destress are baking and taking her Great Pyrenees, Ghost, for long walks.

Hours of availability (in person or virtual):
Tuesday 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Wednesday 10:00 am - 6:15 pm (only available until 5:00 pm every other week)
Thursday 11:00 am - 5:45 pm
Friday 10:00 am - 4:45 pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
