If any of these situations sound familiar, you are not alone. Tonya strives to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and validated. Her goal is to assist adults, teens, couples, and families, transform pain into empowerment so that you can live the life you deserve.
When Tonya is not at work, she enjoys training in martial arts (Muay Thai and Boxing) and is looking forward to being able to travel again.
