A word from Jessica:
I believe that life is a practice and that it requires attention to both the physical body, as well as the psyche. In the fast-paced world we live in, it can be easy to forget to pay attention to our emotional and psychological needs. I choose a career in mental health so that I would never forget that and also to help others to be their most actualized selves.
Jessica has expertise in a variety of areas, including (but not limited to):
Trauma and PTSD
