Regarding her therapeutic approach, Hailey recognizes that in this high-paced world, many people don’t take the time to sit down and talk things through – especially when it comes to their problems. Hailey is a strong believer in the importance and efficacy of talking through your problems in order to process them and gain an understanding of not only your challenges, but also what’s important to you, your strengths, and your goals. Hailey balances her approach of processing through dialogue with her love for concrete, practical interventions, and strategies to apply in your life. Hailey’s goal as your therapist is always to provide a non-judgemental space for you to explore your difficulties while also providing you with practical strategies to meet your needs.
When Hailey isn't working, she loves crafting and DIYing. Hailey's favourite ways to destress are baking and taking her Great Pyrenees, Ghost, for long walks.
