Please contact us directly below, as there is no need for a referral. Your first session will involve a baseline assessment of your current mental health that we can use to monitor any changes over time.
We also use the R2MR framework to understand where you fall on the continuum of wellness, and we are happy to complete forms for Healthy Apples. An individualized treatment plan will then be developed in conjunction with your therapist, based on the results of the initial assessment. This can range from less-regular preventative therapy sessions to more intensive treatment for trauma symptoms.
